Antoine is an intellectual property, entertainment, business, and contract attorney, working of counsel at JD James Law. He focuses on helping global brands monetize, protect, and maximize their brand recognition in the marketplace.
Antoine received his Juris Doctorate from NCCU School of Law after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish from Morehouse College.
Antoine has extensive experience as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney, having successfully prepared responses to complex United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Office Actions, trademark applications leading to federal registration, and argued in favor of and against Notices of Opposition before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Antoine’s most notable recent TTAB victory was against the Washington Nationals (MLB) in a Notice of Opposition proceeding.
